Terms of service

Effective date: 4 November 2026

Who we are

Wide Release (“we”, “us”) is based in the United States. You can reach us through our contact form. By using Wide Release you agree to these terms.

The service

Wide Release lets you publish one post to several of your social accounts at once. It is in early access: you need an invitation to use it, and its features may change.

Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email, so keep access to that email secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Your content

You own what you post. You give us permission to send it to the platforms you choose, only so it can be published there. You're responsible for having the rights to everything in it, and for following each platform's rules: TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and Meta's Terms of Service and Instagram Terms of Use.

Acceptable use

  • No spam.
  • Nothing unlawful, and nothing that infringes someone else's rights.
  • No attempts to break, overload or misuse Wide Release.
  • No using Wide Release to get around a platform's limits or rules.

Third-party platforms

Wide Release is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok or Meta. Their services, their APIs and their decisions, such as declining a post, are outside our control.

Availability

Wide Release is in early access. We may change it, pause it or suspend it at any time.

No warranties

Wide Release is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or that a platform will accept every post.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, such as lost profits, lost data or a post that didn't go out. Our total liability for any claim about Wide Release is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and $100. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Ending

You can stop using Wide Release at any time and ask us to delete your data; the privacy policy says how. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
